New Year's Day... 0730, dropped off a rental car and asked for a ride to our hangar which is on the other side of the field (0.9 miles)... "Oh, we don't do that". Really?!?

Called to get prices for a single engine Beechcraft Bonanza. Handling fee is $20 (waived with 10 gallons 100LL at $7.11). Parking was $43.00, security $8.00.

Very convenient location combined with very accommodating ATC in spite of flying in with a single engine piston. Seamless in and out the next day. Staff was very helpful in every way.

Excellent experience. Four crew cars were available. The ladies at the desk were extremely friendly. They initially billed me a $180 handling fee for my PA32. When I mentioned it to them, they were very apologetic and not only corrected the charge, but gave me an extra $.20 per gallon discount on my fuel order.

Signature is the way to go. I came in a single engine piston aircraft and was treated with VIP royalty treatment at KTPA. I will always use Signature.
