Wow... over half an hour to get fuel with no activity and half a dozen guys on the ramp, they forget things, honestly I would have preferred a self service airport over this experience, made us half an hour late.

The rates listed are woefully inaccurate. For my PA32/Lance it indicates a $48 facility fee and a $24 tie down/overnight fee both waived with 15 gallons of fuel. The real rate is $120 facility fee and $95 overnight fee and only the facility fee is waived with 30 gallons of fuel! Sheltair said they have no idea where ForeFlight got this information from.

Called to get prices for a single engine Beechcraft Bonanza. Facility fee $128 (waived with 40 gallons 100ll @ $7.51). Security fee $15.00. Parking $100.00/night. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business.

Nia, Tori, Natalia provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond. They were very friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in the door. Fuel was delivered within 5 minutes of pulling up and the GPU was free. They also have CAA so this is definitely my new preferred FBO and airport in the Tampa area. Respectfully, DR.
