Very poor customer service. Fueling is slow and the refuelers have a poor attitude. Take business to APP instead.

Been going there for years. Not anymore!! Flew in Saturday 2/15/25 and was charged a "Special Event Fee" of $1190.00 dollars for a King Air. My other pilot flew a Citation in and was charged $2700.00 dollars. There was a TFR at PBI and was told that was the reason. During my day before phone call with the desk, I was never told about this fee. I was told later by the manager that it is published, whatever that means, and he would look into it. The other FBO does not charge that. Pilot Beware !!

Based here both with my PA32 Saratoga and the G-IV I fly for work. The CSR staff is amazingly friendly and eager to assist. Line personnel are equally on top of their job. Management by the Capen brothers whose family is the original owners is nothing short of engaged. FBO is clean and comfortable with newly renovated rest rooms and adequate lounge and break room areas. Plenty of parking for personal vehicles and GoRental on premise. Highly recommend this facility.

Private Equity + FBO = pilot beware! 6 pax light twin (propeller) plane, $304 facility fee plus $45 security. From the moment i exited my aircraft to meet my passenger (a friend) until we began taxiing took 10 minutes... The brief exchange with the desk staff was excellent - really pleasant individuals...

Awesome experience. Their customer service was over the top. Filled out a survey giving them great marks and one minor issue. The GM called me the next day going over his plan to fix the issue. C.A.A. provider. Plenty of well trained line crew.
