$20 a night tie down fee regardless of fuel purchase

Stopped for fuel. They have self serve pump on the ramp, very easy to find and taxi to. There was no fee with fuel purchase and we borrowed the courtesy car for a quick lunch in town. Kaiser air personnel were friendly and helpful.

Easy visit. Parked on ramp and wasn't moved. Fifty feet from entrance, plentiful snacks and water, the fuel truck showed up within 12 minutes of asking. Only ramp fees and gas charged. Really friendly staff! I'll be back

Really nice people and service! They do need to work on crew rates with hotels and car rentals though. Hotel was supposed to be $169 a night and it was that price for one night, but the other two nights went way up (more than double one night). Car rental was supposed to be 69/day and I ended up getting charged $105...and had to walk to the terminal to get the car.

A friend dropped me off with Beech Baron. The staff placed us right up front, offered crew car and directed us to the nearest restaurant. No charge for anything and didn't require us to buy fuel. Super friendly and outstanding service. I stop at their Oakland FBO as well and the experience is consistent (different fee schedule for different planes).
