Was calling ahead to get a quote for single piston. Told there potentially would be a $50 fee each time they have to move my plane if they get too busy because there's no tiedown for single piston. Seriously.

Very nice facility. Single engine piston parking is $20/night and there is also a $10 security fee. $40 facility fee waived with fuel purchase.

I am a frequent visitor in a piston single and always treated very well. Line service is great and front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. 100LL price is always high but that is somewhat to be expected for a large airport like this, but at least they waive their ramp fees with the fuel. Will continue to park here on my trips to Portland.

Called ahead for piston and received bad attitude. But on arrival was treated well by the line staff both coming and going. Nice facility nothing special but clean and comfortable.

Poor and slow service; you have to find someone and ask for everything. It took the ground crew about two minutes to unplug our GPU. No one was visible during startup.

Call ahead if you’re flying in with piston aircraft. Their 100LL fuel truck needs repairs (as of Feb 12), and Atlantic wouldn’t waive the handling fee (usually with 15 gal file purchase for small piston) and courtesy car is out of service.
