Martin State FBO KMTN Pilot Reviews

No crew cars available. FBO staff seemed reluctant to assist in escorting a car with passengers to the ramp. Parking is on the bottom floor, while the FBO facility is on the second floor. There is no elevator. I question how this setup meets ADA compliance standards.

Flew into KMTN today for the first time today flying a dog rescue and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The receptionist in the FBO was super nice and friendly and helped us quickly get fuel and turned around to get back home. Refueling staff was very professional and timely, and overall the folks were very helpful. Tower controller was amazing and super calm, and made landing with heavy traffic a breeze!! Would happily return to MTN again!!

I got the impression they didn't care about repeat business. I won't say the service was horrible, but nobody was going to do much unless we asked.

Aria and Wendy at the FBO were OUTSTANDING! They assisted with arranging Hertz rental, and helped transport some luggage. Very well done!

Not a place I would come to. Self park, no help provided. They state they have hangars but there are none. All the negative comments mentioned previously are accurate.

Ubers are not permitted on the ramp. There is no elevator; access requires climbing steps. The facility appears to be from the 1970s era. Fuel prices are lower than at BWI, but if you are only planning a brief stop, consider paying the extra cost for fuel elsewhere. The experience is that poor. Operated by the state of Maryland.
