QCIA Airport Services KMLI Pilot Reviews

September 20, 2025QCIA says they are technically not an FBO, but they operate the self service gas off K3, and have a pilot lounge that was unlocked. Ask to taxi to the self service pumps. There is a parking area outside Gate 28 if you need picked up. You will need to call the airport fire department at (309) 757-1739 to get remotely let out of the fence. They will take down your name and then you call them to get let back in when you need to depart. No issues getting in and out even though I returned after dark.

August 27, 2025Terrible service! I stopped on my way to OSH and fuel service was not operational. No NOTAMs. Called the service guy, and he said he was too busy to assist. Had to go to the FBO and pay two dollars more per gallon. Avoid this airport

July 22, 2025When flying in make sure to ask for "South Ts" or "self service" if looking for the self service fuel. GA tie downs are next to the fuel pumps. Fuel pumps are on the east side of the hangars. After taxiing off the movement area, follow the yellow line and take a left following signs for fuel pumps.

April 4, 2025QCIA Airport Services was a super nice overnight spot. Fuel was very affordable and the overnight fee was free too. Please be careful communicating with tower when coming here because they seemed unsure of its location. The self serve and overnight tie downs are situated off of K-3 and they are clean and pleasant. Definitely consider KMLI as a stop on your next overnight or cross country trip!

February 18, 2024Fantastic service. Flew in for a concert in downtown Moline and was treated to a ride to and from the concert venue by QCIA staff. Uber and Lyft are not reliable in the area, so be prepared to arrange alternate methods of transportation. Parked at QCIA facility on NE side of airport near customs. Self serve fuel is available on opposite side of field if required. Aircraft was chocked and secured and I was let into and out of the airport premises by QCIA staff. Extremely accommodating and helpful.
