John at New York jet is hands down one of the best and most attentive people I've met in the industry. Make New York Jet your go to FBO at KISP, you will not regret it.

Stopped for a few transient days in my PA32. Line staff was attentive and helpful. Chrissy the CSR manager was nothing short of delightful assisting with local recommendations for lodging and food. She went above and beyond both on my arrival and departure providing professional courteous friendly service making feel as if I was a regular customer based there. Double thumbs up to this FBO and their staff.

Unfortunately, NY Jet failed to notify any of our crews that Vector Planepass collects the Airport Landing Fee - and when called to inquire, they were decidedly unpleasant. Terminating operations into ISP and via NY Jet.

Excellent staff! Stopped with a PALS patient and they were very warm and welcoming.

Great FBO, flew in on my PA32 and was treated like a VIP! The crew helped with luggage and even transported us to the local train station so we could catch a train into Manhattan. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Noticed the crew car was a Tesla! Reasonable overnight parking prices, heated hanger available but we didn't need one. Fuel is pricey but... fuel is pricey. Waved a day for 20 gallon minimum. My son lives close so we will be back! Thanks again NY Jet!
