September 5, 2024Really impressed. Runway looks brand new with paint job. Facilities were excellent and friendly. 100LL some of the cheapest around, especially around Charlotte. First time flying through with family moving to Atlanta. Plan to use as a routine stop in the future. One note, due to runway slope, departing 23, you lose sight of landing aircraft on ground. Make sure you wait for runway clearance call.

February 29, 2024First time into KIPJ, as my son and middle daughter have moved to Charlotte area for work. Was very pleased with the airport. Newly repaved runway and looked like new FBO facilities. My wife was impressed, and she's flown into many places with me. Every person we came in contact with at the airport were so friendly and pleasant to talk with. This is certainly our stop when flying here.
