DoD contract fuel

Friendly staff, clean facility and crew car. $40 facility fee plus a $10 security charge. V35B.

Flew in on Bonanza over new years and Signature's 100LL truck was down. Required some hands on management by myself but they were able to coordinate with Atlantic to refuel with their truck. We got it done but communication wasn't great. Atlantic staff was more friendly and willing to help but both FBOs coordinated "enough" for us to get refueled. Should have just gone to Atlantic, but make sure the truck is running at Signature if you're locked in to them...it had apparently been out a while.

Obviously my expectations are too high. I expected the aircraft to be pulled up for our scheduled departure. Did not happen. I expected to be fueled. After arriving 90 minutes prior to departure and placing my order, we were finally fueled 2 hours after our order. They only refueled one aircraft ahead of us, and they were not departing. I expected to leave with our passengers on time. We took off 59 minutes after they arrived. Customers that charter a jet should not expect the same confusion and delay that a commercial flight has. I expected a line crew to monitor our start and disconnect the GPU. I could get no help in sight so I disconnected the GPU and folded the cable myself, then did a battery start. Being a Signature Platinum member I expected priority. None was shown There were four people working behind the desk and I only saw three people on the line. Mass confusion. With the high prices they charge they should be able to hire,train and man this operation in a highly
