Usually Atlantic Av in general has excellent customer service, but not in Austin. For being open 24/7, there was nobody at the desk when we landed. Had to leave a sticky note with our information. And when we were departing a few days later, the front desk lady was on the phone the whole time. They parked us far from the FBO and even with all of our luggage and Pax, "weren't able" to get us a golf cart ride to our aircraft. We will be giving Signature a try next time.

Recently I have flown two Angel Flights into KAUS and I've used Atlantic as the FBO for both flights. Both times, Ali at the front desk has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Any fees have been waived and a fuel discount (50c?) has been offered as they've been Angel Flights. This is the best Atlantic FBO that I've used.

Agreed with the previous post. Excellent Atlantic FBO. Kept our aircraft parked front and center for a great evening in Austin. Very friendly FBO with professional personnel and reasonable fuel prices for a larger airport.

Best Atlantic I’ve ever been to. Parked with them several times over a two week period and every person I interacted with was helpful and kind. GoRental staff inside the lobby were also great to work with.

Slow and poor experience next door at Signature, repoed next door to Atlantic to pickup pax and Atlantic was on the ball and provided excellent service. Highly recommend Atlantic at AUS instead of Signature.
