We fly into Jet Aviation often in our Falcon and they always have excellent service. Just a caution if you ask them to arrange transportation for you to a hotel be sure to verify the cost. I thought they provided complimentary ground transportation to local hotels but this is not the case. We were charged $140 for a ride to the Embassy Suites and back the next day. That is like a 5 mile round trip so we paid $28 per mile.

We fly our CL604 here often, and have superb service, no doubt a big thumb up. Highly recommend, in fact, I'd say, they go the extra mile if you permit them. Thank you Jet Aviation, keep up the fantastic service. Ccj 6PF

For some reason the FBO doesn’t publish their street address. You cannot navigate to the FBO using Apple Maps. One must go on Google maps, search airport aviation services to find the location and navigate there. Our passengers got lost, could not find the FBO since they do not publish their street address—no idea what they are thinking.

Warning to GA. Flew in on a Sport Cruiser to fill up and do customs for my long x-country flight commercial req. long story short, $150 handling fee for 1320lbs aircraft and almost $8 a gal for fuel.

From recent call to FBO: landing fee $141.12, Mid jet handling $300. Overnight parking is $75/night. World fuel or contract fuel is recommended. A negative COVID test for passengers is required for entry, even for US citizens. Crew members are exempt unless the stay exceeds 72 hours. Refer to link for forms https://1link.travelsafe.pr.gov/

Avoid using the ROME shuttle service. They quoted $55 for the crew upon arrival, but then changed the charge to $80 when we landed, adding a "1 hour waiting fee" even though we coordinated with the FBO.
