Great service, but I flew over today in my 172 and had to pay the $75 facility fee for fueling the aircraft.

Excellent service. If clearing CBP, they will send a fuel truck over quickly to fuel you at CBP. Always the least expensive fuel (probably in the whole Caribbean).

Landed and crews were there waiting, almost trip over people trying to assist. Taxi service was waiting with a van; bags didn't even touch the ground and they were in a van. The facility is in perfect condition and bathrooms are spotless. Snacks, complimentary drinks of both kinds are available. They know their planes and customers. I heard the driver no less than 6 times talking to the front desk about who was going to cover rides. Plane was fueled as I requested (unlike Mexico). I'll be back for sure.

Above and beyond, everyone was very friendly, helped with a ride and hotel as we got in much later than we thought, good island hospitality-

I would like to reply to the comment below about coming in on a Sunday and having the experience described. To start, a sincere public apology, we give class A, friendly, professional service. I am confident you are mistaken, however, your review and comment is noted and respected. We are always aware of arrivals and often marshal and park the competing FBO’s aircraft when they aren’t there to meet them. If you had or are having such an experience, please take a moment to contact our Management immediately. We will not only address, correct and rectify the error but seek the root cause and put every measure in place to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I am truly shocked that this happened.
