Aug2023 visit - New asphalt runway and taxiway completed and operational. Seems 24hr access to a nice air-conditioned FBO with Wifi, recliner, couch, restroom, and honor-system snacks and drinks.

I hanger at T78 & commute passing up other airports, for the hospitality & pricing. Phil (onsite mechanic & airport attendant) is one of the best people I’ve dealt with in aviation. Will go out of his way to help accommodate you. The airport is going through runway & taxiway resurfacing, so excellent conditions soon. Fuel is cheapest in the area. Small FBO is nice. Courtesy car with no limitations, within reason. Downside, IFR approach limited to daytime only. City is working to rectify.

Cheap 100LL. Fuel line electric reel worked fine for me.

Cheap self serve. Everything works except the fuel line electric reel. Had to reel in by hand.
