Typical of nearly every airport that hosts Signature and Atlantic as FBOs, the prices are ridiculous with subpar service. Spent four nights here and paid more in "facility fees" than it cost to fuel our falcon for a return trip to the mainland from PHNL. The facility that we paid so dearly to use was rundown, filthy, offered no comfortable or private seating for our passengers and appeared unchanged in three decades. The crew was friendly but not well trained.

I took some family members over to Maui for a day trip and they had an absolute blast. I am a corporate pilot by career and I enjoy sharing the experience of GA flying whenever I can. The staff were a little confused that I came into their fbo with a C172, had a rental car reserved, and set to be delivered to them. Nevertheless, they treated our little GA plane with the same aloha and service that they would give the corporate jets. There was some confusion on the handling charge, but the manager, Jamil, worked with me on it and welcomed me back to their side of the ramp. I will certainly use them again in future GA flying trips because they really help make your day go smoothly from arrival to departure.
