Warning to all who get fuel here— DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD ON THE CARDREADER!!! Last Friday I bought 40 gallons of 100LL for my C180. I used the fill up feature and got a receipt for 305$. Got home and looked at my account and they made a pending transaction of 2499.38$. It is now Monday morning and they have frozen those funds until lord knows when. Even if the charge ends up being appropriate they have effectively had use of 2200$ of my money for several days. MARC said that this happens on a regular basis, as since it was a debit card and I used the fill up feature it pre-authorizes a debit of 2499$. There was no warning that I saw on the card reader about this feature. After 2 calls and emails with them they said they’d try and contact the fueling vendor, whom they apparently said was responsible for the issue.
