June 2, 2023We were a medevac/organ transplant flight coming from SFO. We called in the afternoon to let them know we would arrive about 22:00. No problems encountered. When I checked in on downwind, the staff member stated they were closing in 4 minutes at 22:00 and that she was unaware of our arrival and could not assist us.
