Hats off and HUGH THANK YOU to ALL of the staff at Jet Nassau! Their entire staff provided my party with superior customer service from the moment we opened our air stairs at their FBO. Their staff gave us concierge service processing through Customs. Also their staff provided excellent ground transportation--upon departure we encountered a mechanical issue with our King Air 200. In moments, Jerrell Hollingsworth "Stretch" was on the scene and worked tirelessly for hours to get us flying.

I called the day prior and emailed eAPIS for our first international GA flight, and Alea, the manager, met us plane-side to get our passports, while the line guys grabbed our bags, and had everything 100% ready for customs by the time we walked over. From landing, through customs, and she had a taxi waiting to take us to the marina (scuba-diving on a liveaboard for a week) - all in under 10 minutes- Excellent experience! Thank you! Jet Nassau is one of, if not the best, FBO we operate out of. Charles and his entire team are first class. Island time is not the way these folks conduct business. From Propellers to Jets, they have provided us the best service over the years. I wish more FBO's could be this customer focused.

I rarely have the time to write reviews but the staff Jet Nassau has been truly exceptional! Brittney and Tamicka have helped with numerous issues during our 2 months of operating in the area with both our Yacht based Rotor and multiple FW aircraft transfers. They have their own Heli carts for hangar parking which provides us rotor guys that seldom available option. Expedited customs handling is a no brainer.
