Good priced fuel, smooth runway, I would certainly suggest this airport. Popcorn and drinks are available inside along with a wonderful FBO cat, what else could one desire? I will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

Good fuel stop. The ground cable clamp is broken. Restrooms are clean and they offer free popcorn. Easy in and out.

Had a battery issue after stopping to buy fuel on a Saturday night. Luckily for me there someone was there that had fueled just before me. I got the owner's number and rang him up. He came out and helped me troubleshoot for about 2hrs. No go. He drove me to a local motel. He picked me up Sunday morning and helped me again for the first half of the day. We finally got it figured and I was able to get going first thing Monday morning. If I fly through, it will be a stop for me from now on.

Flew in here last week on a long XC flight to overnight. About 15 minutes from the airport I had an alternator failure. The owner of the FBO, Sandy, met me on the ramp as I shutdown and assured me they would get me taken care of. This airport has some of the most generous people I’ve ever met, including a man that offered to let me borrow his personal car for the day so we weren’t stranded. Sandy sold me the alternator off of his personal plane and I couldn’t be more appreciative for his generosity. I was on my way back to FL only a few hours behind schedule. Field has a great AP/IA that’s very reasonably priced as well! I will definitely be coming back in the future, and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again. And of course fairly priced fuel!
