My wife and I flew here for an overnight before continuing to OSH. Staff was very accommodating to us in our little C172. Signature has always provided fantastic customer service and we appreciate that. Rebecca at the front desk informed us that cheaper self serve fuel was on the south ramp and she would waive the handling fee of $30 if we got at least 10 gallons. It saved us $1.30 a gallon. Our final bill was an $8.00 infrastructure fee. Would highly recommend Signature at UGN.

Flew in to pick and drop passengers for an Angel Flight. They waived handling and infrastructure fee, and offered a discount of $1/gal on full service. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Really good experience-

Flew into KUGN this weekend. Called ahead to get a quote on services. They told me it's $165/night in a hangar for a SR22 (I only asked because of high fcst winds for the weekend) and $100/night for parking on the ramp, although they had no tie-down spaces, which I obviously needed due to the winds. I asked about tugging my plane the short distance to the self serve fuel and they said it's $75 to move the plane any distance. Gouging anyone?? Regardless, I chose the south ramp - all for free.

Quoted $63 per night to park my Cessna 310 for the week of Oshkosh 2022. Most other fees waived with a gas purchase.
