Atlantic Aviation KTUS Pilot Reviews

Flew my DA40 into TUS for a 2 week stay. Terrific FBO: nice facilities, great CSR's and Lineman. Forty dollar facility fee waived with purchase of 10 gal fuel (100LL is expensive). Fifteen dollar security fee. Hangar N/A but Shadeport is twenty dollars per night (they have weekly & monthly rates that are lower, just ask if you're staying longer).

I stopped in while on a cross country trip in my C172. The staff here were exceedingly polite and helpful. I don't know where they find such great people but Atlantic should keep that a secret -- it's a competitive advantage. While chatting with Eleanora at the front desk, I mentioned that I planned to leave at about 5AM the next day. She immediately volunteered to lend me a crew car. That turned out to be critically important as it saved me tons of time in the morning. You are great!

Came here as a student pilot with CFI in my C182 for night flying requirement. Very friendly staff. Beautifully kept lounge with snacks and drinks, and clean restrooms.

December 29, 2022 Atlantic Aviation provided excellent service for our overnight in Tucson. Fuel is not inexpensive anywhere on the field. Casey was very nice and always had a smile for us.

Atlantic Tucson doesn't have the military fuel contract, but myself and 4 other jets parked adjacent to their FBO and needed to use the restroom due to shuttle van delays (a whopping 4 people total). We were told they don't have the contract and we could not use their restroom. While Atlantic Tucson may not, plenty of Atlantics across the country do (El Paso) for instance. Your lack of customer service and overall inability to see the "big picture" causes a mark on not only your FBO, but the Atlantic Corporation as a whole. As a customer supported and based entity, if I were you, I'd reevaluate who you have running Atlantic Tucson and where their priorities lie.
