Landed for short stop in C182. Nice facilities. The linemen were helpful. Lots of big private jets.

Stopped in for two nights in August. Line personnel were excellent, brought a vehicle right out to the aircraft and assisted me loading. The FBO is well kept with pleasant amenities. Regrettably, I did not find their charges to be consistent with other providers. I might have used municipal parking if I had realized (ramp charge, security charge, and facility fee). One night, one small Mooney (M20C) - $115.00. Purchasing 10 gallons of fuel waives the facility fee, yet the fuel is excessively priced! Go Rental quoted one price and billed another. Departed Thermal feeling quite taken advantage of.

Not impressed with the CSR. Was a bit standoffish. Line service on the other hand was EXCELLENT.
