XC from Cinci: marshaled in and out. Refueling was fast. Nice facility. 100LL was costly - but the whole experience was smooth and made me feel like they wanted me to visit and to return again. Thank you.

Very disappointed with this FBO. Quoted one price for hangar space, charged way more than double. Staff were very rude. I don't know if the lady was just having a bad day, but I was cursed at and belittled for asking why I was being robbed. It's a shame there aren't better options here. When they quote you, make sure to get it in writing.

We stopped at Tri-City Aviation for a quick fuel stop on the way from Dallas to Maine. The airport was great, the FBO was nice and the staff were immediately responsive. We were in and out in well under an hour and everything went exceptionally well. Thank you!

We stopped in for a quick turn on our way from Dallas to Maine. The crew was outside to meet us and the fueling happened faster than we were ready to depart. The facility is modern and nice and it's an excellent place to stop.

Attentive FBO. Helped me park, moved me and tied me down for the night. Did not buy fuel due to adding a passenger for return trip. $25 night tie down for DA40NG

We recently stopped there to drop off a friend. After dropping him off, we realized that the electric fuel pump failed and had to wait over the weekend to get it fixed. I had an AOG service come out to fix the aircraft. After it was fixed, the FBO charged me a $300 "aircraft maintenance fee". I inquired about the fee (that was never mentioned to me) and they stated it’s for utilizing your own maintenance service instead of the FBO’s maintenance. Be mindful of their undisclosed charges!
