KT Aero in GUP and MER is fine. I have landed there twice... sine KT Aero took over... in the middle of the day to find no one. So off to Hawthorne burning through my 20 minute reserve. No Bueno. - RC

If you were surprised by a call out fee, you didn't do your homework. I clearly stated that after hours incurs a fee. We landed and received excellent service on our Premier

At this FBO, fuel already cost more than the other locations. In addition to fuel, they added a $100 service fee, which is not published anywhere. Someone came out and fueled the aircraft then told me there is a charge. I frankly cannot recommend stopping at this location or purchasing anything from them in good conscience.
