Make sure you negotiate your fuel rate before you land!

Very nice FBO. Flew in on a Sunday for lunch (PA28). Lounge, conference room, bathrooms, and a shower are available. A fleet of 6 courtesy cars and the $40 ramp fee was waived with the purchase of 10 gallons of fuel. Professional controllers and picked up flight following on ground freq. Airport was not busy. GA terminal is owned by Grand Aire and gas is cheaper but only open week days.

Outstanding FBO! Excellent staff... and the facility has the WOW factor. My wife (and German Shepherds) love Grand Aire! You will too!

Good stop. Read about the landing fees and was told they are waived with 50 gal fuel purchase. We'll see if a bill shows up. Zero activity on this windy day. Clean bathrooms, superb service. Nice folks.

Beware of unpublished landing fees! I just got a bill for a landing fee of $50 from a month ago from Vector PlanePass. www.toledoexpress.com/airport-operations. There is a link to a 40+ page .pdf that has the fine print for fee structure (based on MGTOW) for landing and facility fees. Minimum fee is 25 each. So frustrating that it's not listed anywhere in FOreFlight and not even on the main website. I wonder if they are using ads-b data. Maybe we should go to Toledo Exec from now on.

Quick turn fuel and go. Very professional, FBO facilities are modern and feel like a 5 star hotel. Do not hesitate to stop by for a quick turn or overnight.
