Good FBO, however shower facility is really just the employee shower at the back of the hangar. Still would come back.

I’ve been to this FBO several times in the past 6 months. It’s the least customer-friendly I’ve seen in 20 years of flying—slow service, disinterested staff. Thought it was just me and copilot until my passenger asked if there was a better option. I mentioned they have CAA, and she said, “We can put up with them for the cheaper fuel.” That says it all.

Very good FBO, we needed to make a quick turn to swap pilots and they did not charge us a thing. Ten out of ten.

Great experience, flew in with a C182. Reliance had organized a rental car that was brought to the airplane right after parking. Reasonable fees ($30 overnight parking, ramp fee waived with fuel purchase).

I fly into Reliance decently often, and have always had a good experience. The line guys are super nice and the fees aren't bad at all, especially considering how expensive Miami tends to be. Overall, if I'm going to Miami, this is the FBO I've chosen every time.

Front desk ladies have bad attitudes. And they don't have water bottles for paying customers after paying lots of money for services. Terrible FBO and will not be back
