BEWARE: $1,100 "special event fee" for a TBM at Hawthorne!!!!. $125 at BAMA DIXIE waived with 40 gallons.

The event fee was $150 for a Piper Arrow. Use Dixie.

I would never use this FBO again. They were bought out by someone called Acenetion. They changed a $750 special event fee for a PC 12 for a football game. Highway robbery.

Stopped by Hawthorne Aviation, there wasn't a courtesy car available so the general manager drove us to our destination and had someone pick us up as well. Genuinely kind hearted people here. Thank you for going above and beyond. Will C

Still good service. $40 facility fee (non game day) and $30/night tie down for light twin.

Dropped in for a quick turn fuel stop. Excellent service and wonderful people! Had a hot dog, some popcorn, and enjoyed the visit. This is a superb FBO. Will stop here again when passing by. Good fuel price too!

Absolute Ridiculous Fees especially on game day. I flew in on a Citation Mustang (light Jet) in, parked in overflow parking on the terminal side & they charged me a $400 game fee (where all other KTCL games were only $50 fees). I called Bama Dixie & they had a $0 game fee. Lesson learned, go to Bama Dixie & they will treat you right! Sad saying this as I've been a Hawthorn customer for over 12+ years.
