Bama Dixie KTCL Pilot Reviews

Great FBO but do not trust the fees or information listed on their FBO tab. It appears their overnight charge for a single engine aircraft is $20 each night and this is not waived even with a fuel purchase. I simply dislike making decisions based on incorrect information. Travel safely!!

Bama Dixie is the place to be in TCL. Michelle the General Manager is an amazing person and will for sure give you the best experience you have ever had at an FBO. She never stops working to make sure you and your customers are well taken care of. Rock Star FBO, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else when landing at KTCL.

Bama Dixie was absolutely great today on my trip to KTCL. From lineman that parked me and topped the correct tanks off to the lady inside who was as friendly as she could be. Both were courteous and professional and did what they could to make my time on the ground more enjoyable. I will be back and will only use Bama Dixie.

Can't say enough about the Bama Dixie staff. From the line crew to the incredible women at the front desk. Everyone made us feel at home and displayed that southern hospitality at its best! It was a busy family weekend at AU and they treated us like one of the larger jets. Highly recommend and look forward to future visits. Well done.

This was my first visit to Bama Dixie. The facility was superb. The service proved excellent and all areas were quite tidy. I have been flying into Tuscaloosa for more than two decades. It was formerly Bama Air and Dixie Air, both owned and run locally. Few pilots went to Dixie Air because it carried a poor reputation. That situation has entirely shifted. Bama Air is now another chain operation (Ascension Air) and Bama Dixie is currently under fresh local management. The entire setup is renovated and it looks fantastic. This location will be my FBO going forward.
