Very nice facility, but apparently much of it is closed on Saturday afternoons. Common area is nice, but unable to access the pilot lounge as it's beyond a locked door with no combination readily available. No courtesy car available with staff not on duty.

Beautiful new facility. Wish they had showers. Very nice common space areas and crew amenities.

Mar 2025 - had need to travel to Orange City. Has i taxied in the Unicom operator ask if I needed fuel, they marshaled me in & advised the automated portion of the fuel dispenser was inop (lightning), they promptly fueled the a/c & then parked and chocked the a/c. Checked out the courtesy car & pd for fuel and was on my way in less than 10 min. Thanks again - Ai Flair

I agree with the previous comments. This is a fantastic place with friendly and helpful people. The facility is quite beautiful.

Flew in from Ames to meet family; first time at this facility, excellent line personnel, good fuel price, well planned and built. Many thanks for taking good care of us! We will be back.

Wonderful FBO. New facility, very helpful folks, good prices, hangar space. Will definitely be back.
