Saw the negative comments. But figured easier to pay more for gas at KSTL as it would not only be much more convenient to fly into KSTL's Signature FBO and not fly into KSUS or KCPS since we would still have to hire a UBER or cab to take us for our commercial flight at KSTL if we flew into KSUS or KCPS. Yes, they cater mostly to private jet traffic. But still got the red carpet treatment even though just flying our family's 182. Indeed, fuel jockey took us to our flight almost immediately.

Very slow and inefficient service. Front desk personnel are surly and rude. If it was my choice I would not return to this poorly operated Signature, which is pretty much the only option at STL, and they know it.

I flew in yesterday to drop off a passenger for the airlines. Even called 40 minutes before i arrived. Talked to a csr about getting my passenger a courtesy van ride to the terminal. Landed and the crs told me the courtesy van was on it’s way back. It took 25 minutes for the van to show up. Wish the crs could have been honest with me, i could used their crew car for the 5 minute trip to the terminal. Plus $140 for 15 gallons and landing fees. Not the best service, probably because i was in a cirrus.
