I landed there and I politely asked if I owed anything as I know ACI has a 3 hours free policy and the girl at the desk confirmed so, when her manager sitting behind her hears us and suddenly now there is a "pop up" fee of $95. I was there for literally 12 minutes.

48 PPR for ACI North and South. There is a NOTAM published effective 8/13/2025 to 2/28/26.

Charged $50 ramp fee daily for parking a single aircraft.

ACI Jet South has excellent GA service! I was billed $50 to overnight a C182, and the ramp fee was waived with purchase of 20 gal or a top off of fuel at a reasonable price. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

LOOK OUT: Their ramp is under construction and they're running a PPR (Prior Permission Required) process for arrival/departure. BUT...no information on this on their website, or a NOTAM. Desk staff will give you a blank look and say you can't depart "we're on the PPR program" like you should've known in advance. ACI North is good, and location great, but the lack of information about the ramp caught us off guard in the last trip. Staff said construction may be going on for up to a year.
