Bighorn Airways, Inc. KSHR Pilot Reviews

Bighorn Airways did an excellent job handling our 17-airplane fly-in, and we arrived on the same day as an airshow no less! Staff were friendly and professional, fuel was discounted for the weekend, and rental cars were ready for us. A superb stop-over!

STOPPED TO HAVE BREAKFAST AND FUEL UP. Very friendly staff, ground crew met me on the ramp, fueled right away, and cleaned the windscreen. Grabbed a nice clean crew car and went to breakfast. FBO and Cowboy Cafe both recommended. I will stop again when passing through the area.

Great stop. Clean FBO. Very nice crew car to jump in and grab Jimmy John’s. There is a separate kitchen area with a plentiful vending machine and ice. Staff was friendly and prompt. The area around it is absolutely gorgeous.

Very courteous and quick fueling, and then a first for me: they offered to clean the windshield, which was a nice surprise. The staff recommended a hotel and drove me there. A very pleasant experience overall.

Service was as expected at any FBO, note that they no longer are a CAA provider. So our fuel cost was higher than anticipated. In their FBO documentation they were still claiming they were CAA.

One of the most terrible FBO experiences I have encountered. The pilot lounge area was converted into management offices, so you must make do sharing two couches with other passengers in a very tight area. We requested hangar space and were placed on a waiting list. Sixty minutes later, after observing our aircraft being hailed on, they offered an auxiliary hangar which we understood was complimentary for daytime use. We chose to use it for one hour, only to receive a charge for $680 even though we were assured it was free. Try GCC, BYG, or BIL instead!!
