Trip over LaborDay put me into KSFB and the MillionAir ramp. Staff was OUTstanding. Was made to feel welcome and valued. We burn avgas in a SEL 182 but were treated so nicely. Had called a few days earlier and they hooked me up at the local Hilton for a terrific rate. All concerns about costs were CLEARLY communicated and VERY FAIR. Beautiful facility staffed by an enthusiastic crew. Fuel order was filled exactly as requested and we had no worries thanks to a well run operation. Recommended.

I am a commercial charter pilot and visited this facility today and was impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and the operation seemed to be very well managed.

Flew in to catch a commercial flight out. Parked at Millionaire. This place should be a guide to all FBO'S operators. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best these people are a 20. Very competitive fuel and pricing.

We visited during the last week of May. The line staff and front staff were excellent. They asked us what we needed. They parked our aircraft, helped us unload, and gave us a ride to get our rental car. The front staff was friendly and professional. They were eager to help take care of everything we needed, including making calls to the rental car company so they would come to the FBO to pick up the car.
