We have flown our Citation 501 into Golden State several times on Veterans Airlift Command flights. Nothing fancy but always excellent service- HRF1GT

GREAT FBO, GREAT FBO!!! Flying across country from North Texas. Jeff Warren met me at the Ramp as I taxied in. Helped me chalk & tie down my plane. Brought my rent car to the Ramp helped me unload my things. I was staying for a few days. Gave me his card and said “my cell is on the card please call if you need anything”. WOW!! Is this the Post Covid America?? Jeff is A Veteran Marine, he has first hand experience about SERVICE!! Hind sight; I wish I had ask Jeff to accompany me on a flight down the coastline. San Diego is a very busy airspace. Since Jeff is a Flight Instructor it would have been good to have his experience in the Right Seat. No to mention money well spent. Safety and Experience go together. I will arrange that on my next Trip. By the way I phoned ahead and it was Jeff who gave me information on my rent car as to who provided the best service. He mentioned one which gave their customers bad service. You can be sure Jeff is all about Great Service. I did not use that company. My plane was Fueled and Ready for my departure back to Texas.
