The line guys and front desk ladies were more than kind and were upfront about fees (unlike MillionAir) and offered to drive my son to the terminal. Only comment is the location on ForeFlight airport diagram is to the closed Signature Aviation South.

The line guys were superb assisting with fuel and overnight tie downs. The front desk was oddly impolite regarding standard procedures like settling my fuel invoice. Best of luck if you require assistance returning your rental car; you can probably guess, rude about that too.

7th largest city in the country only has (2) working GPUs across both North and South locations. Entirely unacceptable for a market in a hot climate.

Flew in for the day to see the Alamo and take in the river walk. Excellent service and friendly staff. Was able to tie down right next to the FBO. Most importantly, my daughter left her knit hat in the lobby and the staff found it and mailed it back to us. This was above and beyond and greatly appreciated.

Flew in today in my Mooney to run some errands in North San Antonio. Gave two hours notice and was treated exceptionally well upon arrival. Will definitely be back. Thanks!
