No access to the amenities of the FBO after hours. Unable to reach manager too. Based on comments I thought I would be able to get in to use the microwave and utensils for food—You're able to access the FlyMN stamp just inside the basic door along with restrooms, however.

OK, this is just an awesome FBO. Airport manager “Slim” met me at the self-serve pump to be sure everting was working OK. Then he took me on a tour of his beautiful facility pointing out the restrooms with showers, courtesy car keys, and even a sofa I could spend the night on if I wanted. And the fuel prices are among the lowest in the area. All in all an excellent experience and highly recommended.

You will not find a more friendly visit than the Redwood Falls Airport. Winston, the airport manager goes out of his way to accommodate anyone stopping by. When you travel from the west this summer en route to Oshkosh plan your stop. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful airport. Great people!

I stopped in on a holiday weekend Sunday to practice a VOR approach, to practice crosswind landings on a gusty day, and to buy fuel. The pump was simple to use and the price quite good compared to Minneapolis. Thanks. I could get into the terminal building but was unable to locate a key for a courtesy vehicle. I did not call ahead, and perhaps it would have been available if I had. The airport was empty apart from a Mankato State plane that performed a practice landing but did not stay.
