After reading the latest reviews I was very hesitant to fly into KRSW in my single piston. But I had to drop off a passenger to pick up a car parked in long term parking on the airline side. Lexi Davis and the rest of the staff could not have treated me better! They waived the facility fee with a minimum purchase of 25 gallons of fuel. Thank you PrivateSky!

Worst FBO in FL. People who work here are pleasant but the owner manager doesn't know the meaning of "serve". Only corporate jet on the ramp and they, by the owners request, moved us to the back forty. Elderly pax mid day in the heat had to walk way too far. GA beware of this monopoly on the field. Go to FMY. There's a reason we were the only plane on the ramp.

Stay far away from this place. We had an engine emergency and landed here without knowing how unfriendly to piston aircraft they would be. They have zero on field A&Ps. They parked us half a mile away from their FBO, requiring me to call for transport back and forth as I fixed my airplane. Required me to call the FBO manager to ask permission to work on my own airplane (experimental). Was generally unhelpful to us all day and to top it all off had the nerve to charge us $109 for all that hassle.

The staff at privatesky were absolutely amazing. From being met plane side with the rental car all the way to the desk at FBO. Whatever happened in the past is in the past. Today they went above and beyond in service and caring for their customers. Thanks and will be back

I agree one hundred percent with the comments here. You are better off going to Page Field (FMY). Rudest, most unhelpful customer service. Terrible attitudes. Super mid corporate jet captain here
