It's ok... not the best. Charged $50 for car to run into town for lunch. Service was satisfactory, nothing outstanding. Underwhelming enough that if I'm ever back in the area I'll try Cumberland for a comparison

Got diverted to Rice Lake due to weather and Jordan was there and he was very nice and accommodating. Filled up with fuel and had good prices.

I cannot remember the FBO front desk lady and lines guys names. They went truly above and beyond excellent service. Quick fuel option, extra work helping deicing, last min rush catering...etc. definitely recommended.

Courtesy / Rental Car is now up to $100 from the prior $25.

Team was very helpful, arrived and it was snowing pretty decent. They cleared a path for me to get to the runway and help clear around the aircraft. Yes they did charge for the car but it’s not limited to only crew which I don’t mind. Make sure you bring proof of insurance as it is set up like a rental.

Charging for a “courtesy car” after charging $6.77/gallon for the 250 gallons I pumped is a bit much. Maybe rethink this policy.
