Excellent service, very friendly staff. We had a maintenance crew meet us within 10 minutes, and we needed that prompt attention. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service at KROA. Flew in and line staff was courteous. Front desk offered to set up rental or hotel. We flew in for some hiking, so we declined. Returned a day later after getting drenched on the AT. Same great service. Was offered crew car to grab a meal, then front desk coordinated discounted room and free shuttle. Excellent service. People made the difference on this trip.

Miss Amanda was outstanding in coordinating communication with company dispatch when unable to land due to weather. She later coordinated the makeup flight quick turn that allowed the medical samples on board to get to their destination with the minimal amount of delay. BRAVO ZULU

Stopped in for the ambassador stamp on a Sunday morning. Waived ramp fee with 10 gal of fuel, which was also discounted $.25/gal. Staff very friendly and happily offered water and snacks before we got on our way. Would return!

I parked my Cessna T210 on the ramp for two nights and purchased 63 gallons of fuel. I thought everyone was courteous and did a fine job. However, I just noticed that I was billed $155 per night ramp fee, which seems extraordinarily large to me. I have parked with Signature at other airports and was charged no more than $45 nightly, sometimes nothing when I bought fuel, so this was a surprise. I plan to speak with the manager tomorrow morning to see what the situation is.
