The good - new owners appear to be better at finding ramp space and time to service light GA aircraft. The bad - line staff left one of my fuel caps improperly secured (gasket not aligned and pushed out from under the cap), failed to notice or communicate this, and management didn't even bother to respond when I reached out to them to highlight the mistake.

I spent a week on their ramp while in town for some training and business. I called ahead to verify ramp space and reserve a car from Enterprise. They met us at the aircraft, were quick with fuel service and had a very friendly staff. Some of the ramp fees were waived with fuel purchase. Clean FBO and obviously making improvements. I'll be back for sure.

New ownership has taken over from previous company and it's completely revamping the entire operation. Amazing new facilities, very modest charges, ample car parking. Both Gabby and Sammie are doing a wonderful job. Highly recommend stopping by for any of your GA needs compared to BFI/PAE.

Call ahead, because their ramp is small. Service is odd. If they aren't extremely busy, they are quite pleasant, but it seems like they are understaffed. Also, the FBO only opens at 10am, which is rather annoying, if you need an early departure. Most FBOs open at 6am. Do not land at KBFI by accident. It is very near.

Overnight tie down rate changed to $30 a night. Diane mentioned they’ve entered the busy season. I cannot complain about my two night visit though, it worked out well for me.
