We were charged to pick up and drop off total $1200 for a PC 12. I thought the price was a little extra. This was no services so I Price shopped with Signature and they said they would charge $251 pick up nothing drop off. On my third attempt to get the manager Chanel on the phone she told me their pricing was correct and I let her know her people did not even get my chocks after charging me $1000 more than Signature.

Repeatedly over an hour waiting to refuel a GA plane that's actually based at RDU. Always claims of "the fuel truck is sometimes not working" - for the last 5 years.

Hard as it is to believe I concur with Andrew B.

It is difficult to believe the service at RDU could decline further, and yet here we are. Quick turns requested in advance consistently result in over 30 minutes of waiting. There are no discount programs available for the excessively priced fuel. Staff often appears uninformed. Signature is actually showing improvement now. I attempt to utilize Atlantic at different airports, but I actively try to discourage our clients from using RDU, especially Atlantic.

Stopped for about 30 minutes to drop someone off. Fees are high but I suppose you’re paying for the convenience. CSR’s were fantastic. When we don’t have a choice, I’m sure I’ll be back.
