Outrageous ramp and landing fees for an airport with little to no services. Plan for fees or choose another location.

Good experience. Called ahead on the phone to inquire about parking and other logistics. Pleasant phone conversation. Staff in the office were helpful and did not seem bothered by our presence. I did not require fuel so I cannot comment on that aspect.

TSA kinda grouchy if you walk across their warning line. Expected a bit better service.

Well, a bit of a strange setup — exit the airport, come back in from the outside (with mask!) to sign in and pay your ramp fee. Despite being a little airline operation they did not have a ground cart (with power) available for me to help with my startup that evening, which cost me a trip to a hardware store and $160. Seems like a standard thing to have. Oh well. They did offer to fuel me. Would come again. Just don’t expect red carpet services.

The advertised hours for Cape Air are inaccurate. I wouldn’t rely on Cape Air for fuel as they generally aren’t in the mood to help. Other than Cape Air this is one of the best airports in NE to land at. Incredibly beautiful.
