Avoid at all costs. I had to have work from their shop corrected due to shoddy maintenance practices and their flight school aircraft are in such poor condition that even the DPE refuses to go up in some of them (I found this out because I took my checkride in one of their planes).

Wife and I stopped in to visit daughter at WSU for the weekend. Transient parking is a bit confusing. We pulled up on the ramp and the lineman walked away?! The Hawaii football team was landing in 10 minutes, so perhaps he was preoccupied but a radio call to us would have been nice. Found out after shutting down that the FBO parking is up against the fence and the airport authority controls the parking on the ramp away from the fence. Staff were friendly and helpful. Self service pump only. #cirruspilot

I've been using Pullman airport for a long time (mostly the main gate next to inter-state) to pick up a buddy and fly him back home and to Pullman but inter-state is a wonderful facility. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, no fees(a big one for me) and reasonably priced fuel. I highly recommend Pullman and inter-state for any service you require

The front desk lady is amazing at service and is very nice and enthusiastic. Very friendly service, they just need to add more line personnel.

These guys are the best. On a Fire northwest of the airport and these guys dialed the fuel in faster than a NASCAR pit crew. Down to earth and awesome to be around. We really appreciate the quick response and help- Will be back! Thank you guys!
