Been here many times. Watched TV is the so called pilot lounge. Changed the channel and got barked at by a grumpy old lady. Avoid this place if possible!!

Line guys are getting militant about ramp fees, and showing dangerous behaviors like standing in front of the propeller if they think you didn’t pay. There is a $10 ramp fee unless you purchase fuel. Self serve is the simplest option because it is often difficult to locate someone to bring the fuel truck. I discussed this issue with the manager too. If the ramp fees are such a major concern, why not just invoice by mail like all the operations in NY/NJ? Confronting pilots is not the optimal approach! This occurred to me and several other pilots.
