We flew in from Houston on December 29th, arrived early, and the service at reception was NONEXISTENT. Terrible treatment, as if they were doing us a favor. The level of hospitality an FBO should provide needs to be much higher, and the woman at the front desk had an awful attitude. They have a display case with items for sale. I wanted to purchase a pin, but she could not sell it to me because it lacked a price tag. If you can avoid visiting that location, you should.

Excellent FBO! Customer service oriented FBO. Assisted with locating repair company to update a database issue. Additionally, Melissa (OPS MGR) assisted in aircraft catering storage and minor cleanup, as CA was not assigned and catering arriving late to aircraft. OPS Staff and Line Staff at Maven by Midfield get 5 STARS from this GIV Crew. Bravo Zulu.

We came in for one night to leave the next day in our Citation Bravo. Due to very cold temps, we elected to hangar the aircraft overnight. On our departure day, un-forecasted snow began falling which caused us to delay the departure. A break in the weather opened up allowing us to depart. With light snow still falling, the team pulled the plane out of the hangar, immediately fueled the aircraft and we were able to start engines and get moving. Awesome staff and very accommodating- Five stars.

Nice facility and friendly staff. Overnight ramp fee is $30 for SE Piston. I will return; they were very helpful and had the car waiting for me on the ramp.

I called a week ahead to give the FBO a heads up we were coming in and to arrange a rental car. When we arrived they didn't have car available under my name. This caused a scramble but we eventually got a car. They weren't very friendly at the desk. I put in 53 gallons before departing and they still billed me $60/night for ramp fee without tiedowns. Will probably check out one of the other FBO's next visit.
