Divert here due to fog at destination nearby. Sheltair was a very pleasant experience. They parked us right at the front door like a big boy. Family arrived and we departed. Did not require fuel and was only charged $15 Security fee. Returned the following day and again front door service to unload bags. Last minute decision to remain overnight and parking was only $20 plus security fee. Thanks for excellent service even if just a lowly C210.

I spent three days here and decided I'd comment because of the last few negative reviews. I received prompt and friendly service with absolutely no issues regarding fuel. My aircraft was positioned up front and fueled within an hour of my phone call. No complaints from me.

If you enjoy being treated poorly and paying high prices for it, this is your FBO to stop at.

Literally the worst FBO I have ever visited. The line personnel do not care whatsoever about anything. The aircraft, the fuel, or clients. If you require fuel, you should call two days ahead of time. There can be five line staff sitting in the office and not one of them will move to assist. There is absolutely no management or accountability present. Pay whatever the price is and utilize Signature instead.

No AvGas at Sheltair. Hurricanes Milton damaged the 100LL fuel farm. Signature is the sole option on the field for AvGas.
