Staff was efficient but unfriendly. Fuel was expensive, as usual for a larger airport. Basic coffee machine only. 2.5 stars

This particular Signature location seems understaffed. Called ahead to place fuel/GPU order and waited 15 minutes on hold. Line at FBO desk took 10 minutes. Then, despite having called ahead, GPU was not connected -- waited another 20 minutes for a GPU.

Not a very efficient or professional FBO. The CSR is consistently rude. Flew in two times in two months. Attempted to call ahead on Unicom for services during a quick turn landing—no answer. Called on the phone and was put on hold without even getting a chance to speak. They seem understaffed. And the lack of professionalism from the front desk affects the ramp operations and makes us look bad when items aren't prepared.

I had an extremely good experience at Signature. Flew in in a C172 and was treated like a Challenger. All employees were helpful and nice. Attendant was very lenient with the crew car. Fees were reasonable. I have no complaints and have no issues returning if the need arises.

Great facility. I was worried about the overnight fees but it was very reasonable for a 4-seat piston. If you're willing to take a 20 min walk, there's a MARTA rail station for access to other parts of the city.
