We found it a bit confusing with no help when we taxied to Regal Air on 9/6/23. They are a flight school so most of the tie downs are reserved for their training fleet. When we shut down in one of their tie down spots an instructor came over to point us to a G.A. tie down. The tie down faces the 777’s parked on a closed taxiway. There is a slope, so be sure to set your parking brake before getting out, or have your passenger place chocks or tie down your plane before you get out.

The younger employees are always friendly and helpful. If you arrive to find one or two older women working the desk, I suggest leaving.

Do not go here if you expect any normal FBO service. This is a flight school. They do not have a crew car, and they do not do rental cars (even though ForeFlight says they do). To top it off, they have no place to park a light twin overnight. Only small singles.
