Landed with a flat tire on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm. I was staying the weekend anyway. They jumped on repairing the tire first thing Monday morning. It was ready to go at 10:30 am. Excellent service, wonderful people, positive result, very happy customer! Thank you! Dave Montgomery

Repeat of my wonderful experience from a few years back (though without the excitement of the Convective SIGMET!). Third visit to FlightLevel Norwood, superb experiences every time. Pleasant personnel, very helpful, excellent work towing my Mooney (a tricky airplane for towing by tug without harming the nose strut). They topped off the O2 bottle as requested, fair charge.

I have been coming to this top notch FBO for many years and I have always received the best service. Katie & Chris at the front desk are a true pleasure to work with and have always gone out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. Ken and Gabe on the line are super friendly and knowledgeable. Both of them always handled my plane with the best of care. I was stuck with a cracked oil cooler, but the folks at FlighLevelNorwood were there to get me fixed in the quickest and timely manner. Thanks to Chris, Adam, Alex and all the line guys also.
