Cruise has always been helpful and friendly, even when they are busy.

Late night flight. Needed fuel at 4 am. There was a callout fee, but the service was fast and friendly even at that hour.

FBO guys don't really care to get off the cell phones to help with anything. Nice airport however they cator to the corporate and University.

Be aware the airport (not just Cruise Aviation), is now charging a landing fee of $50-200 for OU home football game weekends and other high demand days for when the airport manager decides to screw transient aircraft. I’ve been flying in for home games for a while and have never seen the airport overloaded—it’s just a money grab for the airport.
